Working principle: When the injection molding machine opens the mold in place, the output signal triggers the mold protector, which continuously takes images of the mold cavity, and monitors whether the ejector pin pushes the molded workpiece out and falls. When the workpiece is completely dropped, the mold monitor sends a confirmation signal to the injection molding machine to start the next cycle. If the workpiece does not fall within the set time or there is debris between the molds, the mold protector will send an abnormal signal to stop the injection molding machine and give an alarm.
